Marketing Strategies For 2017

As Wolfgang’s fiscal year comes to a close, I’ve had the time and space to consider our key marketing wins from the past year and some room for improvement. Having started with the company in January, I had the opportunity lead concerted marketing efforts for 10 months. Wolfgang wins are always all about the team; we create mutual goals quarterly, work hard to hit or exceed them, then celebrate accordingly as a group.

With many wins to list, I choose to focus on these three:

1. Online Reviews
With great effort, we managed to collect 14 Google reviews this year and boost our overall star rating. This was a huge win, as it had been years since Wolfgang had received any recent ratings. We also managed to increase our Net Promoter Score by nearly 50 points out of a possible 100.

2. Association Contribution
This year we made a joint effort to attend and support our associations including LandlordBC and PAMA. We wrote for LandlordBC’s They Key quarterly magazine (not missing a single edition!) and attending multiple events for each.

3. Account Care
We put a clear focus on connecting with our customers more at Wolfgang specific events, association events, networking and office drops. I was proud to see our team so committed to making and spending the face time with our dear customers.

As for 2017, a few notable marketing strategies include sending out a customer survey which will relay any gaps in our customer service, digging deep roots to align with a local charity and continued to promote and scheduled to value added Lunch & Learns.
