Sales/Project Manager – Outside Sales

Wolfgang Commercial Painters is growing fast! To maintain our growth, we need some exceptionally talented people.

We are currently searching for a Sales & Project Manager excited at the prospect of growing existing accounts and building new business relationships.

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

The ideal candidate will also have skills & expierence with:

-Business to business bases selling
-Project management
-Salesforce CRM
-Post secondary degree or certificate
-Microsoft Excel & Word
-Construction and/or commercial painting

Key responsibilities include:

-Developing and maintaining long term relationships within the property management industry
-Ability to meet sales benchmarks and quotas or go above and beyond to exceed targets in a sales environment
-Developing and maintaining a geographical territory through various sales and marketing tactics to increase opportunity generation
-Estimating & pitching proposals for painting projects to key accounts and decision makers
-Project management of your awarded jobs
-Effective communication with key stake holders on your projects
-Leadership and coordination of field staff on your awarded projects
-Maintaining our CRM

Erin Gray is the Office & Marketing Manager/Finance Assistant for Wolfgang Commercial Painters, one of Vancouver's top commercial and strata painting companies. On a daily basis she could be responsible for doing back end maintenance on the website, organizing marketing campaigns, building videos for the website, paying suppliers and painters, collecting on outstanding invoices, ordering office supplies... just about anything that needs doing to keep the office running smoothly.
