Dave is board member of the Vancouver Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Dave, his wife Jen and their three young children live in North Vancouver.

Heinrich Schoeman is the VP of Sales and Marketing for Wolfgang Commercial Painters. Heinrich is dedicated to expanding Wolfgang’s customer base by building long-term relationships on a foundation of trust and true service.Shortly after graduating from Simon Fraser University in 2006, Heinrich joined the Wolfgang team, excited to become part of a fast growing business in a dynamic industry. In his spare time, Heinrich is very active, dividing his time between running, hiking, yoga, and working out at the gym. He also has a passion for history & philosophy, and enjoys traveling whenever he gets the opportunity.

Greg Bertram is the VP Operations and Finance for Wolfgang Commercial Painters. Greg is responsible for overseeing all of the field team and assuring that Wolfgang’s high standards of quality and professionalism are upheld.Greg comes to Wolfgang with varied management experience; having spent the last ten years working for General Paint, Greg joined Wolfgang for its commitment to quality, professionalism, and people. Greg is very passionate about bringing the “Wow” factor to “All You’ll See Is The Difference”.Greg sums up the team at Wolfgang as “an excellent group of people who are committed to quality and learning.” Greg is using Wolfgang University and other training events to assure a strong unified team.

Erin Gray is the Office & Marketing Manager/Finance Assistant for Wolfgang Commercial Painters. On a daily basis she could be responsible for doing back end maintenance on the website, organizing marketing campaigns, building videos for the website, paying suppliers and painters, collecting on outstanding invoices, ordering office supplies… just about anything that needs doing to keep the office running smoothly.
Erin graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Criminology and may one day put that to use with a career in the justice system. Erin loves hockey, and is passionate about traveling and exploring the world.  She believes that grizzly bears have it made because they can eat all the salmon sashimi they want for free.

George Barr is a Sales/Project Manager for Wolfgang who looks after the Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, Downtown Vancouver, Ladner and Tsawassen territories.George completed his MBA from Simon Fraser University and joined Wolfgang because, in his words, “I wanted the opportunity to join a company in its relative infancy and be part of its long-term growth and success”. George plays a wide range of sports including hockey, tennis, squash and golf and is also a drummer.

Gonzalo Basulto is an Estimator/Project Manager looking after general contractors with new construction and restorations projects involving technical and architectonical specifications. He came to Wolfgang from Guadalajara, Mexico where he studied civil engineering and received his MBA. In his words “I’m enchanted to be part of this gang where learning is the preferred tool to grow”. Gonzalo has a creative spirit and in his spare time likes to do artistic paintings with acrylics and watercolors. He’s married, and with his wife, is learning to enjoy all aspects of this beautiful land of “splendour”.

Aaron Rao is a Sales/Project Manager for Wolfgang who looks after the Surrey, Langley, and Abbotsford territories. Aaron comes to Wolfgang having spent the last 7 years working for General Paint and operating a residential painting company. He is able to educate clients and provide a smooth flowing job, while keeping communication as a key priority. Aaron joined Wolfgang to be part of a team that prides itself on learning and growth as a team. Aaron loves to spend time with his family, try different cultural foods, and work with all kinds of cars.

Scott was born in Sydney Australia and works as a Sales/Project Manager for Wolfgang. He has completed his trade certification for painting with the Master Painters and Decorators Association in Australia. With over 10years in the painting industry he is excited to pass on his knowledge and experience within the industry to clients and ensure successful painting projects for them. He believes in doing things the right way. Scott loves to be in the kitchen preparing meals for my family and friends, especially BBQing in the summertime (he is an Australian after all). He loves traveling to experience the culture and cuisine from the world we live in. In his spare time, Scott enjoys yoga, the gym, and being in the great outdoors.

Shawn has been with Wolfgang Commercial Painters for four years and has held numerous rolls. In his most current role Shawn is a Sales/Project Manager with Wolfgang. He first started as a painter and through hard work and great customer service was quickly promoted to foreman. He then became a contractor with Wolfgang for two years and through living the Wolfgang values was promoted to Project Manager. Shawn is a true example of the training and development from within Wolfgang. He is very passionate about living the Wolfgang values and demonstrates that through hard work and determination.
