Owner and CEO of Wolfgang Commercial Painters, Dave’s approach to business is pretty simple: establish a competitive advantage, hold true to your corporate values and hire the right people. Easier said than done. Dave has been in the painting industry for ten years and founded Wolfgang in 2005. Dave is passionate about adding value for Wolfgang customers and employees and believes that the painting industry offers a great opportunity to do so.Dave developed his painting chops at College Pro Painters while completing his degree in Philosophy at UBC. Dave is board member of the Vancouver Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Dave, his wife Jen and their three young children live in North Vancouver.
Heinrich Schoeman is the Managing Director for Wolfgang Commercial Painters. Heinrich is dedicated to expanding Wolfgang’s customer base by building long-term relationships on a foundation of trust and true service. Shortly after graduating from Simon Fraser University in 2006, Heinrich joined the Wolfgang team, excited to become part of a fast growing business in a dynamic industry. In his spare time, Heinrich is very active, dividing his time between running, hiking, yoga, and working out at the gym. He also has a passion for history and philosophy, and enjoys traveling whenever he gets the opportunity.
George Barr is a Sales & Project Manager for Wolfgang who looks after the Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, Downtown Vancouver, Ladner and Tsawwassen territories. George completed his MBA from Simon Fraser University and joined Wolfgang because, in his words, “I wanted the opportunity to join a company in its relative infancy and be part of its long-term growth and success”. George joined the Wolfpack in 2010. George plays a wide range of sports including hockey, tennis, squash and golf and is also a drummer.
Scott was born in Sydney, Australia and works as a Sales & Project Manager for Wolfgang. With over ten years in the painting industry Scott is excited to pass on his knowledge and experience within the industry to clients and ensure successful painting projects for them. Scott believes in doing things the right way. He loves to be in the kitchen preparing meals for family and friends, especially BBQing in the summertime (he is an Australian after all). He loves traveling to experience various cultures and cuisines. In his spare time, Scott enjoys yoga, the gym, and spending time in nature.
Dave Bikadi is Wolfgang’s Surrey and Langley Sales & Project Manager. Dave is a British Columbia native, who has spent over a decade in the painting industry. Before joining the Wolfpack, Dave spent a number of years as a Sales Manager in a complementary industry, managing a territory that spanned from British Columbia to Manitoba. Dave is excited to be back in the field and on job sites, while working with the phenomenal team at Wolfgang! Dave enjoys spending his free time with his wife and four young children, exploring and relearning the world through his children’s eyes.
Brent is the Sales & Project Manager for the Tri-Cities, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge areas. Brent brings extensive sales management experience from a complementary industry and believes passionately in customer service. Outside of work Brent enjoys back country camping, photography & craft beer.
Lauren Box is the Office Manager and lead Culture and Systems Developer for Wolfgang Commercial Painters. She is responsible for website maintenance, organizing cultural events, recruitment and selection, accounts receivable and payable, creating and implementing new system manuals, streamlining the CRM system and ordering office supplies. Lauren graduated from Camosun College with a degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership, with an additional post degree diploma in Marketing and Communications and a general Business diploma. Lauren loves to travel internationally, read non fiction books and enjoys BC’s great outdoors.
Deana Srdic is the Marketing Manager for Wolfgang Commercial Painters. Deana plans and implements Wolfgang’s annual marketing strategy, manages the website, facilitates the Wolfpack’s digital strategy and plans client events. Deana graduated from Camosun College with a degree in Marketing Communications Management and Leadership, an additional general Business diploma and Management certificate. Deana spends her free time working on her personal blog, lifting weights and actively participating in personal growth coaching. She’s a city girl with a passion for consistency.
